This definitely belongs on the fun things to do around Alberta list. I used to live in Calgary and this was a yearly summer activity; get out of the city, see the mountains and have a great Mackay's icecream treat. I miss this summer ritual, but am so glad the family has continued their parent's legacy. In a world of overprocessed foods, instant gratifications, cheap products, I am one of many wanting to return to slowing down and enjoying wholesome things again.
