I wanted to comment on the Black Forest feature and could not find the appropriate area, hence my comments here. I was surprised that no mention of the Black Forest Cake and the famous "Kirschwasser" was made. I am a baking instructor and notice this cake everywhere on cruises and other vaction spots - but no mention in this article. There is a connection between this great cake and the traditions of colors from the Black Forest region and it would have added a lot of interest to the article. As I said, I am surprised at this omission. I liked the photos and the rest of the article.
