I find the information to be questionable concerning the level of canibis found in the drivers system ~ post mortem.

Yes it shows that the stiff had at least once in the past 30-90 days ingested canibis in one form or another . However ; what does this really prove ?
The dead guy had pot in his system. Period.

I have yet to see results of any drug test where impairment by canibis could be determined by a uniform standard.

As we all know USA's reefer madness campaign is spilling across our borders and infecting the minds of many gullible Canadians.
Marijuana is illegal so it must be ASSumed the "reefer junkie" (as recently heard called); to be guilty of all crimes.

As Oct.15 '09 Alberta Police will be able to demand a drug test on the spot at their own whim. He with the long hair , tatoo,s dead-head sticker on his VW ....are doomed.

Anyone who has smoked weed in the past 2 months is GUILTY and will lose his D/L for a minimum of 90 days. Why ?

This has little to do with traffic safety.
