Cindy Crowe on I am so very proud of you Charles, for taking this issue pulbic. I took a stand against a particular (blank) education pamphlet in 1986(?). Everyone was shocked at it's content, yet I alone, (an unwed mother I might add we eventually learn from our booboos) sat for 2 days until I could meet with someone at the school board. (My own little sit in ). I have been a mother now for 31 years, (my youngest just graduated!) and I could tell you stories that would curl your toes. I have very little compassion anymore for stupid parents that don't take a stand, and expect someone like me, that child's father that was interviewed, or yourself to take the shots for their own children. You have to have a lot of balls to be a parent who takes a stand, not only for your own child, but for strangers children, too.
